We hope that you love all your purchases from Common Thread Boutique. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for a full refund if returned within 10 days of the original shipping date. No returns will be accepted after this date.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Options are USPS, UPS, and FedEx. 

No return authorization is needed, simply ship your item to:

Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. 

Items purchased during a sale are FINAL SALE. 

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted. 

Please wrap your item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item. 

Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at info@commonthreadboutique.com and forward photos of any damage.
